Welcome to Kenekts.

By accessing or using our website (kenekts.com), programs, courses, downloads, or services, you agree to the terms below. This agreement is designed to protect both your experience and our company. Please read it carefully before using any part of the site or making a purchase. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site or any of its services.

Eligibility & Child Privacy

Minimum Age Requirement
Kenekts.com is intended for users who are 18 years or older. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If You Are Under 18
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use this site and enroll in any of our programs with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Certain sections of our site or programs may not be accessible to users under 18.

Children Under 13
Kenekts does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. New terms apply as soon as they are posted. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically.

Privacy and Data Use

Your use of kenekts.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That includes how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the site, you agree to those terms too.

We also use automation tools like AI prompts, Zapier, and Typeform to enhance your user experience. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and consent to your inputs being processed through these services. We don’t claim ownership of your responses, but we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our offerings.

Intellectual Property

All content on kenekts.com—including text, videos, downloads, logos, templates, and courses—is owned by or licensed to Kenekts Global, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or share our content

  • Create competing products based on our materials

  • Modify or reproduce any material for distribution or commercial use without our written consent

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any materials.

Program Participation

When you join a Kenekts Sprint, course, or download a resource:

  • You agree to respect our space and community

  • You agree not to share, distribute, or repurpose our materials

  • You understand that live sessions and replays are accessible for a limited time, usually between 5 and 10 days, depending on your cohort. Access details will be clearly stated in your program confirmation. After that period, content may be removed without notice.

  • Coaching Sessions (1:1 and Group)
    For any 1:1 coaching session booked with Kenekts, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. You may reschedule one time only. Additional reschedule requests or missed sessions (including no-shows) will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided for canceled or unused sessions.

    For group coaching programs, attendance is encouraged but not required. Replays may be available depending on the program. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed group sessions. All sales are final.

  • Responsible Use of AI and Content Creation
    During your time in a Kenekts Sprint or coaching program, you may be introduced to AI tools and web-building platforms to support your creative process and personal branding. We expect all participants to use these tools responsibly and in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

    You are solely responsible for the content you create using these tools—both during and after the program. This includes your website, AI-generated copy, images, or materials. You agree not to use any content created in our sessions to mislead, plagiarize, impersonate, infringe on others’ rights, or cause harm.

    Kenekts is not responsible for how you choose to use any tools, prompts, or materials provided once the program ends. We provide guidance and best practices, but it is up to you to ensure your public-facing content is accurate, respectful, and lawful.

  • Live Events, Age-Gated Sessions & Responsible Participation
    Some Kenekts experiences—like our “Click and Sip” sessions—are designed for adult audiences and rated PG-13. These sessions may include informal, lightly irreverent conversation and are intended for users 18 years and older.

    While we make reasonable efforts to restrict access, we cannot guarantee that all attendees meet the age requirements. By joining, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in adult-oriented discussion and that you understand the tone may be casual, humorous, or unfiltered.

    You may not record, repost, distribute, or misrepresent any part of these sessions. Kenekts is not liable for how any attendee interprets, misuses, or reacts to the content shared during these community or coaching events. Participation is voluntary and subject to removal at our discretio

We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who violate community standards or these terms.

Community & Conduct

If you participate in any group chats, comment sections, or virtual events, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and kind

  • Avoid hate speech, spam, or harassment

  • Stay on-topic

  • Use your real name or assigned cohort name

We reserve the right to remove users who do not follow these guidelines.

Use of Kenekts Content to Create New Communities or Programs

We love to see you grow. And if your Sprint experience inspires you to build your own online presence, community, or offering—we celebrate that. However, you may not use Kenekts intellectual property, including but not limited to our frameworks, Sprint structure, branded language, AI prompt packs, or course materials, to create a derivative or competing product, service, or brand.

You also may not position your efforts as an extension, continuation, or “chapter” of the Kenekts brand. Doing so may result in legal action. We support your creativity—but not at the expense of our originality, integrity, or protected content.

Use of Third-Party Tools & Responsibility

Kenekts Sprints may introduce you to third-party platforms, tools, or software—some of which offer free versions for use during the program. While we guide you through using accessible options, any decisions to upgrade, purchase, or subscribe to paid versions of these tools are your responsibility. Kenekts does not cover software or subscription costs, nor are we affiliated with these third-party tools unless otherwise stated.

We use platforms like Squarespace, Typeform, and Zapier to deliver portions of our services. While we strive to choose reliable vendors, we are not responsible for the functionality, uptime, or privacy practices of these third parties.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

Pre-Registration, Refunds, and Rescheduling

All Kenekts Sprints and Workshops are non-refundable, including pre-registrations. When you reserve a seat, it is held exclusively for you and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

We intentionally limit cohort sizes to maintain a high-quality experience. Because of this, once a seat is claimed, it removes access for someone else.

If you miss a live session, replays will be provided. We do not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed sessions or scheduling conflicts. Please review program dates carefully before enrolling.

Please review program details carefully before purchasing. Because of the digital nature of our products and the structure of our sprint experiences, we cannot accommodate refund requests for any reason, including missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.

Access Duration
All enrolled students receive access to session replays and completed materials for the lifetime of the Kenekts Sprint & Workshop platform.

"Lifetime" refers to the active lifespan of the platform. As long as the Kenekts platform is supported and operational, your work will remain accessible to you.

Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about your outcomes. We provide education, tools, and support, but your results depend on your effort, timing, and unique circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Kenekts Global, LLC is not liable for any damages that result from the use or inability to use our site or programs. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If you’re unhappy with our services, your sole remedy is to stop using them.

Arbitration Agreement

If a dispute arises, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Florissant, Missouri. You waive any right to a class action.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Kenekts Global, LLC. No other verbal or written agreement applies.
