Welcome to Kenekts Global Learning, Inc.

By accessing or using our website (kenekts.com or susanhearn.com), courses, programs, coaching services, newsletter, or any other services, you agree to the terms below. This agreement is designed to protect both your experience and our company. Please read it carefully before using any part of the site or making a purchase. If you don't agree, please do not use the site or any of its services.

Eligibility & Child Privacy

Minimum Age Requirement

Our Website and programs are intended for users who are 18 years or older. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If You Are Under 18

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use this site and enroll in our programs with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Certain sections of our site or programs may not be accessible to users under 18.

Children Under 13

Kenekts does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. New terms apply as soon as they are posted. It's your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy and Data Use

Your use of our Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That includes how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the site, you agree to those terms too.

We use automation tools like AI platforms, Zapier, Typeform, and email service providers to enhance your user experience. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and consent to your inputs being processed through these services. We don't claim ownership of your work product, but we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our offerings.

Intellectual Property

Our Protected Content

All content on our Website and within our courses and programs—including but not limited to text, videos, downloads, logos, templates, frameworks, methodologies, lesson structures, prompts, and course materials—is owned by or licensed to Kenekts Global Learning, Inc.

This includes but is not limited to:

• All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and systems (including Oracle Table and any future programs)

• Specific structures such as THOUGHT → WORD → ACTION as applied in our methodologies

• Master Document systems and templates

• Platform orchestration approaches and training methodologies

• All lesson content, prompts, and instructional materials

• Course templates, worksheets, and assessments

• Proprietary training systems and techniques

Your Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal or internal business use only.

You May Not:

• Copy, resell, or share our content

• Create competing products, courses, or programs based on our materials

• Modify or reproduce any material for distribution or commercial use without our written consent

• Teach, train, or coach others using our frameworks, methodologies, or course structures

• Position yourself as a certified coach, facilitator, or practitioner of our programs without written authorization

• Create derivative works based on our intellectual property

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any materials. You own the work you create using our methodologies, but not the methodologies themselves.

Course and Program Participation

When you enroll in any of our courses or programs, you agree to:

• Respect our intellectual property and community

• Not share, distribute, screenshot, or repurpose our course materials

• Not record, download, or redistribute lesson content

• Use the methodologies for your own business development only

• Complete coaching sessions (if included) within the timeframe appropriate to your program

Course Access Duration

All enrolled students receive lifetime access to their course materials as long as the Kenekts platform is supported and operational. "Lifetime" refers to the active lifespan of the platform, not a guaranteed number of years.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content. You will have access to updated materials as they become available.

Coaching Sessions (1:1 Only)

Some programs include one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled as you progress through the curriculum.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled through our booking system

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule

• You may reschedule one time only per session

• Additional reschedule requests or missed sessions (including no-shows) will be forfeited

• No refunds will be provided for canceled or unused sessions

Coaching Session Expectations

• Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or similar platform)

• You are expected to complete the relevant module work before each session

• Sessions focus on your specific situation and application of the program methodology

• We do not record coaching sessions to protect your privacy

Responsible Use of AI and Content Creation

During our programs, you may use AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to build strategic intelligence, communication assets, and deployment systems.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create using these tools—both during and after the program. This includes:

• Ensuring accuracy and truthfulness of AI-generated content

• Verifying that your outputs don't plagiarize, infringe on others' rights, or mislead

• Complying with all applicable laws and ethical standards

• Understanding that AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or harmful content

• Recognizing that AI cannot provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice

• Using critical thinking and human judgment to evaluate all AI-generated outputs

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Our programs are designed for business and professional development. They are not substitutes for:

• Mental health treatment or therapy

• Medical advice or diagnosis

• Crisis intervention or emergency services

• Licensed professional counseling

AI tools can generate unpredictable, inconsistent, or potentially distressing outputs. If you experience negative emotional reactions, confusion, or distress while using AI tools, stop immediately and seek appropriate professional support.

Kenekts is not responsible for psychological, emotional, or mental health impacts resulting from AI tool usage, AI-generated content, or participation in our programs.

Our Responsibility

Kenekts provides guidance, frameworks, and best practices for using AI tools strategically. We are not responsible for:

• How you choose to use the tools after the program ends

• The accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content

• Psychological or emotional reactions to AI outputs

• Any business, legal, ethical, or health consequences of your AI usage

• Third-party AI platform policies, changes, or availability

• Decisions you make based on AI-generated insights or recommendations

You acknowledge that AI tools are external services not controlled by Kenekts and that their functionality, pricing, and terms may change without notice.

Newsletter: The Sip & Click Weekly

Our newsletter is free and includes industry news, AI developments, market commentary, and occasional promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us at hellothere@kenekts.com.

Future Live Events

We may occasionally host live virtual events such as "Sip & Click LIVE." These events are intended for adult audiences (18+) and may include informal, lightly irreverent conversation rated PG-13.

Event Participation Terms

• You confirm you are of legal age to participate in adult-oriented discussion

• You understand the tone may be casual, humorous, or unfiltered

• You may not record, repost, distribute, or misrepresent any part of these sessions

• Kenekts is not liable for how any attendee interprets, misuses, or reacts to content shared during live events

• Participation is voluntary and subject to removal at our discretion

We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who violate community standards or these terms.

Use of Kenekts Content to Create Competing Products

We celebrate your growth and success. If our programs inspire you to build your own business, community, or offerings—that's exactly what we want.

However, you may not:

• Use Kenekts intellectual property to create a derivative or competing product, service, or brand

• Teach our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or systems to others (including but not limited to Oracle Table, THOUGHT → WORD → ACTION as applied in our methodologies, or any future programs)

• Position your efforts as an extension, continuation, certification, or "chapter" of the Kenekts brand

• Use our branded language, frameworks, lesson structures, or proprietary materials without written permission

Doing so may result in legal action. We support your creativity—but not at the expense of our originality, integrity, or protected content.

Use of Third-Party Tools & Responsibility

Our courses and programs may introduce you to third-party platforms and AI tools. While we guide you through using accessible options (including free versions), any decisions to upgrade, purchase, or subscribe to paid versions of these tools are your responsibility.

Kenekts does not:

• Cover software or subscription costs

• Guarantee availability or pricing of third-party tools

• Control changes to third-party platforms or policies

• Provide technical support for external tools

We use platforms like Kajabi, Stripe, Typeform, and Zapier to deliver portions of our services. While we strive to choose reliable vendors, we are not responsible for the functionality, uptime, data practices, or privacy policies of these third parties.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

This applies to:

• Course and program enrollments

• Coaching sessions (scheduled or unused)

• Course bundles or packages

• Template downloads or digital products

Please review program details, pricing, and course descriptions carefully before purchasing. Because of the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, we cannot accommodate refund requests for any reason, including:

• Missed coaching sessions

• Scheduling conflicts

• Changes of mind

• Technical issues on your end

• Dissatisfaction with content

Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about your outcomes, results, or business success. Our programs provide education, frameworks, tools, and strategic guidance, but your results depend on:

• Your ability to apply the methodologies effectively

• External factors beyond our control

Our programs are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services. They are designed for business and professional development only. If you need mental health support, please consult a licensed professional.

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. Any income claims or business outcomes discussed are examples, not promises.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenekts Global Learning, Inc. is not liable for any damages that result from the use or inability to use our Website, courses, coaching services, or programs. This includes:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Loss of data or information

• Business interruption

• Any damages arising from third-party AI tools or platforms

• Psychological, emotional, or mental health impacts

• Distress, confusion, or harm caused by AI-generated content

• Decisions made based on AI outputs or program content

• Misuse or misinterpretation of AI tools or methodologies

If you're unhappy with our services, your sole remedy is to stop using them. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kenekts Global Learning, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Content you create using our methodologies or AI tools

• Your use of AI platforms introduced in our programs

• Any harm, injury, or damage (physical, psychological, emotional, financial, or otherwise) resulting from your participation in our programs or use of AI tools

• Decisions you make based on AI-generated content or program materials

Arbitration Agreement

If a dispute arises between you and Kenekts Global Learning, Inc., you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in DeKalb County, Georgia. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration agreement applies to all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, or your use of our services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Kenekts Global Learning, Inc. No other verbal or written agreement applies unless explicitly signed by both parties.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
