I'm Susan.

I taught myself to code on a Commodore PET in fifth grade—one of the few kids in a gifted program in San Jose in the 70s, staring at a glowing screen in the school library, knowing somehow that this was mine to learn.

Thirty years in marketing and technology later, I've commercialized AI before most people could spell it. I've worked with Fortune 500 brands, helped pass legislation in 27 states, and sat in rooms where decisions got made that shaped culture.

But here's the thing I keep coming back to: The technology is never the hardest part. The people are.

Whether they believe they belong in the conversation. Whether they trust themselves when the AI gives them an answer. Whether they can move from insight to action without second-guessing every step.
