As Digital Lead for The CROWN Act movement, I turned advocacy into action, designing TheCrownAct.com, leading CROWN Day campaigns, and partnering with Dove and LinkedIn to help pass hair discrimination laws in 27 states. This wasn’t just a website—it was digital storytelling with soul.

As Lead Digital Designer for Dove Men+Care and the NBPA's “Black Men C.A.R.E.” campaign, I helped bring NBA stars’ stories to life and guided 150 students in finding their own through my digital storytelling curriculum. From platform design to virtual camps with five NBA player foundations, we turned narrative into impact.

When you cross paths with someone so driven and resilient, you have to collaborate. That was Dr. Jamila T. Davis. Author, social entrepreneur, and force of nature. Together, we turned her story and mission into digital products that inspire, empower, and scale impact, with soul at the center.

Every now and then, a project reminds you why you do this work. Working with the Merritts—Janel, Julian, and the team at PS2G—was one of those moments. What started as a personal brand refresh became a full-circle transformation: a mother stepping into thought leadership, a son finding his creative voice, and a legacy business aligning its presence with its impact. That’s what happens when strategy meets soul.
